The mere fact that most big BPOs, factories and institutions have entrusted VEND their coffee and refreshment requirements, is a testament to our trustworthiness and excellence in our field of service.

In relation to being trustworthy and excellent in vending service, another testament is that big brands entrust their names and reputation alongside VEND. Cafe Puro, Ricoa, Coca-Cola, Pepsi Cola... these are major brands that we proudly carry. From these brand names alone, customers can have their peace of mind while vending from our VEND machines.

Collaborative Service

This involves all stakeholders in the vending eco-system. Of course, our Client Support Officer is there, Internal Auditor is there, etc. These are all on VEND's side though. To have a proper check and balance, the involvement of clients is highly important as feedback come from them. Through this, VEND maintains what it is doing right and works on those that needs to improve on. All of these so that our clients can always get the best possible service they rightfully deserve.

Transparency

This is one of VEND's major tools. We have invested in developing a Client's Portal so that customers can always access data from all machines deployed in their area. All numbers are transparent to them, like sales history, service history etc. Cross-checking will be fast since we basically have the same data. Since data is within reach at any time the client wants, important decisions can be made quicker.
